In my organization that’s been perfecting customer service for 22 years, you’d be fired because your behavior was juvenile and not worthy of the brand. I hope it made you feel big and important and like a true manager. You embarrassed yourself yelling at a reasonable stranger in the middle of “your” restaurant and made a lot of people uncomfortable. Learn to listen, communicate with your team and set them up for success so that hearing tough news is easier. I knew my first batch of dog treats were a huge success with Blue when he left a trail of drool from the living room to the kitchen. From its founding in 1898 at the height of the trust era, the National Biscuit Company quickly rose to become the largest of the big branded food companies. His inability to hear me lead to him shouting at me to go back to Texas and to get out. When I was speaking to Josh at the Tennyson location he went off on me in the most epic failure of decorum and management I’ve ever seen. 1st attempt and the Tennyson location had equipment failure midday on a Saturday. ![]() The Aurora shop closed 25 minutes early on my. However my attempts to go twice in the last two weeks has been unbelievably unsuccessful due to bad management or poor communication. ![]() I was a fan for years and have written often on my experiences here.
